Project Manager - Middle

Responsibilities

• ▹Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives
• ▹Develop communication plans and address concerns with progress updates
• ▹Define project scope, objectives and deliverables
• ▹Develop detailed project plans with tasks, timelines, milestones and technical requirements
• ▹Identify stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements
• ▹Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments, create mitigation plans
• ▹Collaborate with legal and tech teams
• ▹Create and maintain project documentation
• ▹Track project progress via monitoring systems and manage scope and timeframes
• ▹Run project closure meetings and document lessons learned
• ▹Work on 4 projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, in-scope, in-budget delivery

Requirements

• ▹2+ years as a Project Manager and/or Team Manager in a software development company
• ▹Advanced English and Russian (C1)
• ▹Experience managing a development team through the full software development lifecycle
• ▹Understanding of project/delivery management principles and methodologies
• ▹Excellent communication and presentation skills
• ▹Professional Project Management/Agile certifications

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of technologies used by software development teams
• ▹Programming skills and knowledge of development environments
• ▹Experience running workshops and training sessions
