Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement CIAM or PAM solutions
• ▹Define identity, authentication and privileged access strategies
• ▹Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
• ▹Integrate identity platforms with IAM, SIEM, API gateways and cloud services
• ▹Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure and Security teams
• ▹Support cloud transformation initiatives
• ▹Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
• ▹Contribute to improving security, scalability and operational resilience

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management or Cybersecurity
• ▹Strong experience in either CIAM or PAM solutions
• ▹Experience with cloud environments and modern security architectures
• ▹Knowledge of authentication, authorization, identity federation and access management
• ▹Experience collaborating within DevOps and CI/CD environments
• ▹Familiarity with SIEM and security monitoring
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Communicative English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in banking or financial sector
• ▹Knowledge of cloud-native architectures
• ▹Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery solutions
• ▹Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers
