• ▹Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics roadmap and strategy
• ▹Build, develop and retain a high-performing analytics team
• ▹Drive actionable insights for product, operations, marketing and engineering
• ▹Create and maintain the yearly forecast and budget
• ▹Define and execute the product's growth plan across the full funnel
• ▹Design and run A/B testing programs to optimise conversion
• ▹Track growth metrics such as CAC, activation rate, retention rate, payback time
• ▹Conduct cohort analysis
