Infrastructure and Development Administrator

Responsibilities

• ▹Administer and optimise the platforms used (Discord, web, ticketing, hosting)
• ▹Monitor performance and availability of services
• ▹Document configuration and processes
• ▹Search for new tools and services to improve infrastructure
• ▹Ensure the security and reliability of external services
• ▹Communicate with leadership about improvement proposals

Requirements

• ▹Experience managing hosting services (VPS, dedicated servers)
• ▹Knowledge of ticketing systems (Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, Discord apps)
• ▹Ability to monitor and evaluate infrastructure performance
• ▹Creativity in finding new solutions and services
• ▹Reliability, organisational skills, clear communication
• ▹Willingness to sign a liability agreement
• ▹Ability to participate in voice interviews
• ▹English sufficient for communication
