Senior Product Designer, Design Systems

Responsibilities

• ▹Design creative product experiences from concepting through detailed design and development collaboration
• ▹Maintain and extend Figma libraries across native and web platforms
• ▹Create documentation for individual components and larger UX patterns
• ▹Partner with engineering teams for hand-offs and visual QA
• ▹Help product organizations adopt new design systems
• ▹Create prototypes to explain key interactions and flows
• ▹At the Lead level, manage multiple projects within a larger pod and mentor other designers

Requirements

• ▹Interaction or product design experience designing native iOS and Android applications and websites
• ▹Experience creating or maintaining enterprise-level design systems
• ▹Experience maintaining Figma libraries across native and web platforms
• ▹Experience creating documentation for components and UX patterns
• ▹Experience working with engineering teams on hand-offs and visual QA
• ▹Clear communication style with ability to present design work internally
