Responsibilities

• ▹Translate business needs and requirements into engaging, customer-focused experiences
• ▹Create simple, user-centered experiences grounded in research and usability principles
• ▹Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI specifications and final design assets
• ▹Define and maintain scalable design patterns and contribute to design system consistency
• ▹Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical feasibility
• ▹Measure and analyze customer and feature usage to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in a digital product development environment
• ▹Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design principles and UX methodologies
• ▹Experience creating information architecture, user journeys, personas, wireframes and prototypes
• ▹Strong portfolio demonstrating analytical thinking and native mobile solutions
• ▹Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, FigJam, Whimsical, Mural or similar tools
• ▹Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive experiences
• ▹Strong communication and presentation skills, able to defend design decisions
• ▹Fluent English

Nice to have

• ▹Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and practice
• ▹Familiarity with AI-powered tools and features (Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar)
• ▹Experience mentoring, guiding or coordinating design team activities
