Responsibilities

• ▹Develop modern full-stack applications covering frontend, backend, databases and infrastructure
• ▹Build front-end applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript
• ▹Develop backend systems with Node.js and Python and scalable system designs
• ▹Design and implement APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure
• ▹Use Claude Code extensively to speed up development: building, debugging, refactoring, exploring architecture
• ▹Build AI-powered utilities and tools that integrate seamlessly into business processes
• ▹Automate internal processes and build agent-based systems to reduce manual work
• ▹Create AI assistants and intelligent interfaces that help internal and external users improve productivity
• ▹Rapidly prototype new product ideas and features, refining the best ones into production systems
• ▹Partner with leadership to identify high-leverage areas where AI and software can have impact

Requirements

• ▹Full-stack engineering experience, fluent in both frontend and backend development
• ▹Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
• ▹Self-starter, ownership mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-agency environment
• ▹Passion for AI and building intelligent systems that drive real business impact
