Sr. Technical Program Manager (Remote from Bulgaria)

Responsibilities

• ▹Coordinate, monitor, and report on program status across enterprise initiatives and partner engagements
• ▹Lead project planning and support engineering teams with schedules and milestones
• ▹Design and implement scalable processes to support rapid organizational growth
• ▹Recognize and prioritize issues, collaborating on timely resolution
• ▹Identify risk factors and develop mitigation plans
• ▹Drive regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• ▹Facilitate open communication among teams with differing working styles
• ▹Handle program documentation and reporting with confidentiality and accuracy
• ▹Manage day-to-day use of program and project management tools

Requirements

• ▹4+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Change Management, or leading large organization-wide programs
• ▹Experience managing cross-departmental processes and aligning diverse teams
• ▹Experience with API platforms and technical literacy to engage with engineering teams
• ▹Proven track record of leading successful projects from initiation to completion
