Responsibilities

• ▹Build scalable, high-performance data infrastructure for regulatory reporting and business operations
• ▹Develop reliable data pipelines and data products ensuring data accuracy and reliability
• ▹Design, build, and optimize modern data models and distributed data pipelines
• ▹Leverage AI throughout the development lifecycle to improve productivity and data quality
• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable data models
• ▹Mentor Data Engineering teammates, sharing best practices and raising engineering standards
• ▹Collaborate in an agile environment to deliver scalable data solutions

Requirements

• ▹At least 3 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable data platforms and distributed data systems
• ▹Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with real-time and batch data processing experience
• ▹Experience with modern cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka or similar)
• ▹Cloud infrastructure experience, preferably AWS, plus Terraform and Datadog
• ▹Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, ETL frameworks, and modern data modeling
• ▹Experience building trusted data solutions supporting financial operations, regulatory reporting, and auditability
• ▹Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex)
• ▹Fluency in English
