Responsibilities

• ▹Work on the company's most challenging design problems
• ▹Expand and enhance the in-house design system
• ▹Consult on bespoke design work needed by Product Engineers
• ▹Example past work: redesigning the mobile web app based on customer interviews and wireframes, building flexible composable design-system components, improving the information hierarchy of a candidate assessment view

Requirements

• ▹Proven professional experience combining design and engineering (not necessarily under this exact title)
• ▹Major contributions to a design system
• ▹Designed and implemented features for hundreds of users, iterated based on user feedback
• ▹Excellent taste and execution in visual design
• ▹Ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
