Responsibilities

• ▹Own large portions of a product end-to-end, including responsibilities traditionally held by product and design
• ▹Research competitors, write product specs, create wireframes
• ▹Example past work: building automated interview scheduling (computing available slots from interviewer constraints), a generalized declarative filter architecture compiling to SQL, and fully in-app offer signing

Requirements

• ▹Full-stack flexibility: comfortable working across the stack (frontend, backend, infrastructure) as a feature requires
• ▹Experience with projects involving significant product and technical ambiguity
• ▹Ability to strike the right balance between speed and quality
• ▹Ambition and openness to feedback in order to grow in the role
• ▹Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align decisions with stakeholders
• ▹A drive to create leverage — building automation, tools and abstractions rather than repeating tedious work
