Responsibilities

• ▹Build the Arise Android app from scratch - architecture, implementation, and release
• ▹Own the Android codebase end-to-end from day one
• ▹Make architectural decisions balancing delivery speed and long-term maintainability
• ▹Collaborate with design to refine usability
• ▹Align with the iOS developer for cross-platform consistency
• ▹Support monetization strategies by integrating features with measurable business impact

Requirements

• ▹Middle 2+ level developer with a proven track record
• ▹Minimum 4 years of Android development experience
• ▹Experience building an app from scratch, not just contributing to an existing codebase
• ▹Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
• ▹Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• ▹Comfortable working fully in English
• ▹Strong knowledge of Kotlin
• ▹Experience with Gradle and CI/CD tooling
• ▹Solid understanding of Material Design principles, patterns, and best practices
• ▹Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
