Front-end Developer

Responsibilities

• ▹Build or translate UI designs into code producing the application's visual elements
• ▹Collaborate with backend developers, bridging graphical design and technical implementation
• ▹Take an active role in defining how the application looks and works
• ▹Present scientific data using sophisticated, interactive charts and graphic components

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• ▹4+ years of professional experience in similar roles, developing full-stack web applications
• ▹Proven knowledge and experience in React JS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS/SCSS, Git/Gitflow, and unit testing
• ▹Good understanding of software development principles and design patterns
• ▹Strong command of English, written and spoken

Nice to have

• ▹Prior knowledge or experience with Webpack
• ▹Interest in learning about genetics (no prior knowledge required)
