Data Manager (FME)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement automated data flows to integrate data and processes into the contracting authority's systems and databases (historical data migration and new ETL flows)
• ▹Performance monitoring and improvement of existing and new ETL flows
• ▹Ensure data quality is properly defined, documented, analysed and monitored
• ▹Support data analysis, modelling and visualisation in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as disease surveillance experts and fellow data managers

Requirements

• ▹University degree in computer science, data science or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in data management/analysis, OR a non-university degree with at least 5 years of experience
• ▹Minimum 3 years of recent experience handling large complex data sets, working with data warehouses and data marts using FME
• ▹A certification/training in FME and TransactSQL is required
• ▹Excellent command of English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in data management/analysis in infectious diseases, epidemiology or public health
• ▹Experience in TransactSQL and Python and/or R
