Technical Partner Manager, Nordics

Responsibilities

• ▹Conduct technical assessments and recommend how partners can build or enhance service portfolios
• ▹Design customized service blueprints, SLAs, and delivery models
• ▹Run workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions to help partner teams get certified
• ▹Act as the trusted technical advisor: quarterly business reviews, site visits, strategic check-ins
• ▹Collaborate with channel managers, presales, and delivery teams
• ▹Track industry trends and competitive landscape to inform partner and product strategy

Requirements

• ▹3-5+ years in technical partnership roles, solution architecture, presales engineering, or customer-facing technical delivery
• ▹Real experience engaging with partners across diverse service delivery models
• ▹Good knowledge of modern cybersecurity solutions (endpoint, cloud, network, SIEM/SOAR, threat intelligence, compliance)
• ▹Comfortable with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and IT operations fundamentals
• ▹Excellent communication skills for complex security architecture and service strategy
• ▹Fluent English

Nice to have

• ▹Hands-on experience designing managed security services (MDR, SOC, incident response)
• ▹Experience with the TrendAI Vision One platform
• ▹Experience helping partners transition from product reselling to service-based business models
• ▹Good network in the cybersecurity community
• ▹Understanding of partner business economics and go-to-market strategy
• ▹Experience with AI-powered security solutions and the AI ecosystem
