Interview Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Facilitate technical interviews with software developers through Karat's platform
• ▹Create an inclusive hiring process by mitigating bias, improving hiring signals and completing objective evaluations
• ▹Provide input on candidate performance, coding style, communication skills, knowledge question answers and coding approach
• ▹Partner with Karat to test interview content, processes and products

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer
• ▹Excellent English communication skills, written and oral, with high professionalism and interpersonal skills
• ▹Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone and stable internet connection

Nice to have

• ▹Experience conducting technical interviews, e.g. on data structures and algorithms
