Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and maintain the P2P stack and its ecosystem of 1,500+ public npm modules
• ▹Write modular, maintainable, production-scale Node.js code
• ▹Create and manage reusable npm modules
• ▹Test and debug the codebase

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in Node.js development with production-scale applications
• ▹Strong competency in writing modular, maintainable code
• ▹Experience creating and managing reusable npm modules
• ▹Solid skillset in testing and debugging
• ▹Deep interest in or experience with P2P technologies or distributed systems

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with native Node.js extensions (C/C++), or binding JS to lower-level code
• ▹Demonstrated ability to optimize network protocols or systems (latency, throughput)
• ▹Familiarity with advanced networking concepts
• ▹Past contributions to open-source projects, especially in P2P or decentralized tech
