Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure Observability

Responsibilities

• ▹Define the vision and long-term strategy for Infrastructure Observability, working with engineering partners to fine-tune product strategy
• ▹Own the roadmap, collateral, and market research for the product domain
• ▹Chart the path for new product initiatives (e.g., Host Monitoring) while maintaining the roadmap and customer satisfaction for mature products
• ▹Conduct heavy customer discovery, understand user needs, and build consensus and alignment across engineering groups and stakeholders
• ▹Support go-to-market activities: competitive analysis, sales enablement, pricing and packaging
• ▹Act as the bridge connecting Engineering, Design, and UX with go-to-market teams, ensuring product experiences are woven into the overall Grafana Cloud strategy
