Senior Cybersecurity Requirements Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Identify, define, and oversee security requirements across various projects and systems.
• ▹Ensure projects comply with established security standards, reducing potential risks.
• ▹Collaborate with development teams at headquarters to formulate and refine security requirements.
• ▹Use tools like Polarion for structured requirements management.
• ▹Regularly update, track, and ensure fulfillment of security requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• ▹Strong understanding of requirements management processes, cybersecurity best practices, and stakeholder alignment.
• ▹Familiarity with risk analysis methods and security assessment frameworks.
• ▹Experience working with requirements management tools like Polarion.
• ▹Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, able to work under pressure.
• ▹Fluent English.

Nice to have

• ▹German language skills are a plus.
