Responsibilities

• ▹Create and manage work orders based on client requirements and team capacity
• ▹Prepare business proposals based on client needs and profitability calculations
• ▹Proactively manage delivery timelines and ensure smooth order processing
• ▹Identify upsell opportunities and think strategically about expanding partnerships
• ▹Monitor team capacity and allocate resources across projects
• ▹Plan for substitutions and manage ad-hoc changes within the team
• ▹Support onboarding and offboarding of team members (access, approvals, NDAs)
• ▹Supervise accuracy of billing data and support the invoicing process
• ▹Monitor budget utilization and track hours worked against allocated budgets
