Responsibilities

• ▹Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production
• ▹Transform product requirements into user flows, wireframes and prototypes
• ▹Design experiences across insurance, payments, claims and investment products
• ▹Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components
• ▹Collaborate with engineers for accurate implementation
• ▹Improve usability through rapid iteration using product data and feedback

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience designing digital products
• ▹Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and visual design
• ▹Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
• ▹Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries and responsive design
• ▹Portfolio required
• ▹Must be based in Ireland
