Responsibilities

• ▹Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies and test plans for AI agents and LLM-powered applications
• ▹Design and develop robust, scalable automated test frameworks
• ▹Collaborate closely with product managers, ML engineers, and data scientists on test cases
• ▹Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and CI/CD integration
• ▹Document defects, perform root cause analysis, and provide feedback to development teams
• ▹Monitor production systems and AI model performance
• ▹Manage test data strategies and mock services

Requirements

• ▹5+ years hands-on experience in software QA or engineering, testing complex or AI/ML systems
• ▹5+ years of experience with GitHub Actions
• ▹Proficiency in Python or TypeScript for test automation, with modern frameworks such as Playwright
• ▹Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, model evaluation metrics, and generative AI testing challenges
• ▹Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) in CI/CD
• ▹Experience designing or integrating agentic AI systems and the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
