Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze and optimize Meter-to-Cash processes from metering point operation through market communication to billing
• ▹Support clients in transforming from SAP IS-U to SAP S/4HANA Utilities
• ▹Provide functional consulting: structure requirements and develop practical solutions
• ▹Work actively in implementation, migration, and optimization projects, including test management, cutover, and hypercare
• ▹Facilitate workshops, interviews, and alignment sessions with business departments
• ▹Own functional work packages, working closely with clients, project leads, and internal expert teams

Requirements

• ▹Several years of operational experience at an energy utility, grid operator, or metering point operator
• ▹Solid Meter-to-Cash knowledge: market communication, metering, device management, billing, tariffing, smart metering, customer service, or receivables management
• ▹Hands-on experience with SAP IS-U, ideally also first exposure to SAP S/4HANA Utilities
• ▹Experience with agile methods: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
• ▹German proficiency of at least C1

Nice to have

• ▹Product Owner, Scrum Master, or comparable certification
