Responsibilities

• ▹Evolve the Interactive Learning Plugin's recommendation system: candidate selection, ranking, sequencing, next-best-action recommendations
• ▹Own and operate a real-time recommendation service
• ▹Build, validate, version, monitor and iterate on applied ML models
• ▹Define and develop offline, online and longitudinal measures of recommendation quality
• ▹Design experiments and establish evaluation methodology
• ▹Partner closely with software engineers who own the production recommender codebase and with a Data Analyst
