Kubernetes Engineer (English)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, deploy, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters
• ▹Develop and maintain container orchestration solutions and CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for Kubernetes environments
• ▹Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in containerized applications and infrastructure
• ▹Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment and performance
• ▹Implement security best practices for container and cluster management
• ▹Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
• ▹Participate in on-call rotation for production support
• ▹Document architecture, procedures, and best practices
• ▹Work with clients directly to solve their technical problems
• ▹Stay current with Kubernetes ecosystem developments and emerging technologies

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• ▹Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals and architecture
• ▹Experience with Cluster API
• ▹Strong understanding of container technologies
• ▹Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
• ▹Experience with Linux system administration and networking concepts
• ▹Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools
• ▹Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• ▹Strong scripting skills (Python or Go)
• ▹Understanding of security principles and compliance requirements
• ▹Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• ▹Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

Nice to have

• ▹Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
• ▹Experience with OpenStack and cloud infrastructure
• ▹Contributions to open-source projects
• ▹Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments
• ▹Familiarity with Ceph storage solutions
