Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and implement integration solutions using BMC Helix for smooth data exchange across applications
• ▹Create automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks
• ▹Engage with clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• ▹Monitor and troubleshoot integration systems on an ongoing basis
• ▹Document integration processes, workflows, and operational guidelines
• ▹Keep abreast of new features and best practices in BMC Helix and integration technologies

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• ▹3+ years of experience in integration or automation roles, specifically with BMC Helix
• ▹Comprehensive understanding of integration frameworks, methodologies, and tools
• ▹Proven experience creating automation scripts and workflows
• ▹Proficiency in Python, Java, or equivalent programming languages
• ▹Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and data exchange protocols
• ▹Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
• ▹Exceptional communication skills with clients and team members
• ▹Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely
