Responsibilities

• ▹Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure agent-driven services and systems
• ▹Develop robust infrastructure and high-throughput APIs for memory, communication channels, decision logic, security, and workflow management
• ▹Integrate agent capabilities with backend services, data stores, vector databases, search/retrieval systems, and external APIs
• ▹Collaborate with product managers, AI researchers, data engineers, and UX teams to ship agent use cases to production
• ▹Ensure reliability, monitoring, and observability for all agent components
• ▹Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in rigorous code reviews

Requirements

• ▹3+ years professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years of strong Python in production
• ▹Proficiency in native agentic coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) used daily
• ▹Experience building distributed systems, microservices, or complex backend APIs for AI workflows
• ▹Expertise with systems integrating AI models, agent frameworks (e.g. LangGraph), vector databases, and large-context reasoning services
• ▹Understanding of agent orchestration patterns, state management, and asynchronous workflows
• ▹Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Nice to have

• ▹Past work on multi-step AI agents coordinating autonomous decision-making loops
• ▹Contributions to open-source agent toolkits or SDKs
• ▹Frontend experience (React, TypeScript) for agent management interfaces
