Responsibilities

• ▹Handle SAP application maintenance tasks: user support, incident management
• ▹Support the evolutionary development of the system
• ▹Propose innovative solutions for the existing business model, leveraging SAP capabilities
• ▹Organize and manage activities agreed with the client, ensuring SLA compliance

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in SAP application maintenance
• ▹Competence in SAP PP and/or SAP QM
• ▹At least 3 years of experience at consulting firms (preferred)
• ▹Excellent communication and relationship skills
• ▹Teamwork and effective collaboration with technical colleagues
• ▹Fluent English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of French and/or German
