Solution Architect - Connected Care

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead customer discovery and solution design, translating clinical and business needs into digital healthcare solutions
• ▹Conduct technical assessments, architectural reviews and due diligence
• ▹Partner with commercial teams during pre-sales on feasibility, integrations, cybersecurity and governance
• ▹Drive project governance and stakeholder alignment across the customer lifecycle
• ▹Collaborate with local connectivity specialists and digital services teams to standardize best practices
• ▹Identify risks and opportunities early, creating repeatable processes
• ▹Design and deliver training programs, mentoring colleagues

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in digital healthcare, healthcare IT, connected care or related fields
• ▹Strong expertise in solution architecture, systems integration, technical consulting and digital transformation
• ▹Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
