Responsibilities

• ▹Own end-to-end delivery for Base Platform programs spanning identity, provisioning and operational health
• ▹Partner with Product Management and GTM stakeholders on customer-facing platform changes
• ▹Drive multi-team migrations and platform changes with complex dependencies
• ▹Run the operational backbone: dependency mapping, risk surfacing, decision logs, change communication
• ▹Build clean handoff processes between Base Platform and consuming teams
• ▹Bring rigor to measuring delivery health and use it to drive change

Requirements

• ▹Experience running complex, cross-functional technical programs with real technical decision ownership
• ▹Ability to hold your own in deep engineering conversations
• ▹Ability to bring structure to ambiguity with the lightest workable mechanism
• ▹Experience on platform, infrastructure, identity or API-style domains
• ▹Experience managing migrations or sunsets with real downstream impact
• ▹Direct communication style, clear written decisions
• ▹Comfortable with Jira, Confluence and a modern engineering toolchain

Nice to have

• ▹Background in identity systems, API platforms or developer experience
• ▹Experience inside a SaaS company through platform consolidation or modernization
• ▹Familiarity with SLO/monitoring practice as a delivery signal
