Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the design and implementation of production-grade ML and Generative AI solutions on AWS
• ▹Act as a hands-on expert and trusted advisor for customers running AI/ML workloads at scale, from discovery through deployment and optimization
• ▹Translate complex business problems into secure, reliable, cost-efficient and observable cloud architectures
• ▹Turn one-off solutions into reusable patterns that influence the product roadmap
• ▹Deliver cost, reliability, security and performance optimization work on customers' existing infrastructure
• ▹Plan and deliver structured engagements (Cloud Optimization Sessions, workshops, security/reliability reviews, well-architected style assessments)
• ▹Respond to Expert Inquiry / support requests requiring deep cloud engineering expertise
• ▹Deploy and operate ML/GenAI workloads (training and inference), managing GPU utilization, scaling and cost control
• ▹Integrate MLOps and managed AI services with monitoring, logging and FinOps

Requirements

• ▹Deep cloud engineering expertise across cost, reliability, security and performance optimization
• ▹Experience designing and implementing production-grade ML and GenAI solutions on AWS
• ▹Awareness of multi-cloud environments
• ▹Experience operating ML/GenAI workloads (training and inference), GPU scaling and cost control
• ▹Experience with MLOps, monitoring, logging and FinOps
• ▹Ability to plan and lead structured customer engagements (workshops, reviews, architecture deep dives)
• ▹Experience mentoring others and turning one-off solutions into reusable patterns
