Requirements

• ▹Experience coaching engineering teams on AI-assisted development practices
• ▹Ability to build internal integrations and tooling supporting AI adoption
• ▹Data-driven mindset: impact must be backed by measurable productivity gains
• ▹Fluent in English and Russian
