Responsibilities

• ▹Full immersion into the team: planning, grooming, retrospectives
• ▹Familiarization with the tech stack, Secret Media Network, CI/CD workflows and infrastructure
• ▹Multiple successful pull requests merged and deployed to production
• ▹Participation in Fever Original experiences like Candlelight
• ▹Solving complex problems and taking charge of architecture design and implementation
• ▹Continual creation of production-grade PHP code capable of handling high traffic
• ▹Working with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize product development
• ▹Collaboration in hackdays or hackathons with other teams
• ▹Taking responsibility for system components, analyzing user interactions
• ▹Participation in launching large-scale initiatives from inception to production
• ▹Mentoring team members through code reviews, architecture sessions and pair programming

Requirements

• ▹Deep knowledge of WordPress, PHP and the Symfony framework
• ▹Ability to create/modify WordPress plugins and themes
