Senior Solutions Engineering Manager (Pre Sales – Zero Trust) – Remote

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead a team of SE Managers supporting the Commercial region
• ▹Partner with sales and product teams to ensure regional growth
• ▹Develop the team through coaching, custom enablement, and building technical excellence
• ▹Provide strategy, structure, leadership, and direction to the regional SE organization
• ▹Engage with customers, maximizing satisfaction
• ▹Use data-driven decision-making to facilitate regional growth
• ▹Lead initiatives to build team capabilities for introducing new products

Requirements

• ▹Experience managing a team, including career coaching, performance management, and mentoring
• ▹Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Services)
• ▹Expertise with Zero Trust security concepts and technologies (Network Security, SASE/SSE, ZTNA, Microsegmentation)
• ▹Ability to analyze data and provide actionable solutions and thought leadership
