Solutions Engineer - Financial Institutions

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the end-to-end partner journey, from pre-sales to go-live and beyond
• ▹Partner with Sales to design smart, scalable payment solutions
• ▹Lead API integrations (REST, webhooks, SDKs) and get partners live fast
• ▹Serve as a trusted technical advisor for bank stakeholders on payment performance, UX and global payment strategies
• ▹Solve complex technical challenges and unblock integrations quickly
• ▹Collaborate with Product & Engineering to improve the platform and customer experience
• ▹Drive continuous optimization (conversion, auth rates, fraud, routing)
• ▹Work closely with Product to ensure solutions scale while solving merchant problems
• ▹Have a product mindset, ready to build from scratch and automate processes

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or equivalent technical role in payments, fintech, or financial services, with direct experience engaging banks, neobanks, or regulated financial institutions
• ▹Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with large, multi-stakeholder financial organizations
• ▹Experience with integration processes and working with APIs
• ▹Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in regulated, risk-conscious environments
• ▹Experience delivering successful product demonstrations and presentations
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Advanced English
