Senior Engineer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement new product features across the stack (frontend + backend)
• ▹Collaborate closely with other senior engineers, product managers, and leadership
• ▹Participate in a rigorous code review process that prioritizes quality and maintainability
• ▹Own initiatives from idea to production in a remote-first, async-friendly setup

Requirements

• ▹7-10+ years of software development experience
• ▹Strong proficiency in TypeScript (a must)
• ▹Solid full-stack experience: Frontend (React, Redux, TypeScript, CSS), Backend (Node.js, Express, Python/Django), Database (PostgreSQL), Tooling/DevOps (Docker, AWS, CloudWatch, GitLab), Testing (Jest, Enzyme, Unitest)
• ▹Prior experience working remotely in high-performing teams
• ▹Comfort working with a high code-quality bar: longer review cycles, clean architecture
• ▹Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and minimal supervision

Nice to have

• ▹Experience at early-stage or fast-growing SaaS startups
• ▹Previous exposure to complex B2B platforms
