Product Manager – User Platform

Responsibilities

• ▹Drive the strategy and delivery of the Mobile App, Web App and authentication experience
• ▹Lead the information architecture and navigation of the platforms
• ▹Own release management, coordinating the release calendar across iOS/Android and Web development teams
• ▹Manage App Store and Play Store listings, defining progressive rollout and communication strategies
• ▹Lead evolution of the Super App and WebApp, defining the end-state design and domain governance
• ▹Monitor product health metrics (startup time, crash/ANR rate, fluidity), actively manage ratings and reviews
• ▹Govern the Design System and UI consistency, acting as a bridge between UX/UI design and engineering
• ▹Define the authentication experience (Auth UX), including login and sign-up flows with biometric integration
