▹Provide day-to-day support within the Corporate IT Systems team
▹Collaborate with the Corporate Systems Lead and other technology platform teams to align on IT roadmap and strategy
▹Drive strategic compute initiatives covering on-premises and cloud compute capabilities, storage, identity and security
▹Apply best practices and implement standardized, automated processes
▹Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve compute service issues
▹Act as an escalation point
