Responsibilities

• ▹Provide day-to-day support within the Corporate IT Systems team
• ▹Collaborate with the Corporate Systems Lead and other technology platform teams to align on IT roadmap and strategy
• ▹Drive strategic compute initiatives covering on-premises and cloud compute capabilities, storage, identity and security
• ▹Apply best practices and implement standardized, automated processes
• ▹Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve compute service issues
• ▹Act as an escalation point
