Corporate Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Support day-to-day operations of the Corporate IT Network team
• ▹Align with the Corporate Network Lead and Technology platform teams on roadmap and strategy
• ▹Drive strategic network initiatives across on-premises and cloud connectivity and firewalling
• ▹Apply best practices and standardized, automated network processes
• ▹Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network services
• ▹Act as an escalation point for complex network issues
• ▹Contribute to design and support of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions
• ▹Operate and improve Zscaler-based services (ZIA, ZPA)
• ▹Collaborate with Security Operations (SOC) on monitoring, investigation and response
• ▹Ensure network and Zero Trust controls feed logging and telemetry into SIEM/SOAR/EDR platforms
• ▹Support incident response for network security events
