Sr Software Engineer - Backend

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead implementations together with the development team, focused on real impact for customers
• ▹Collaborate with Product and Design on efficient solutions, prioritizing performance, scalability and quality
• ▹Work with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager to define solutions based on impact, speed and quality trade-offs
• ▹Identify and mitigate risks such as low perceived-value deliveries or ones taking longer than expected
• ▹Promote good software engineering practices and contribute to the team's technical growth

Requirements

• ▹Solid knowledge of backend programming languages
• ▹Strong grasp of algorithms and data structures
• ▹Ability to write clean, well-tested, scalable code
• ▹Product mindset and attention to customer experience
• ▹Familiarity with Golang is a plus but not required
