Senior Mobile Developer (Java/Kotlin)

Responsibilities

• ▹Serve as technical reference for the mobile development team, supporting decisions and clarifying complex questions
• ▹Develop new features applying robust architecture and Android ecosystem best practices
• ▹Analyze critical production issues, diagnosing root causes with tools like Logcat and Crashlytics
• ▹Map technical risks together with the Tech Lead and clients, proposing mitigation solutions
• ▹Document architecture decisions and key trade-offs to ensure technical traceability
• ▹Delegate operational tasks to less senior team members, promoting their development and autonomy

Requirements

• ▹Advanced Kotlin (modular organization, correct use of data class/class/enum, best practices)
• ▹Modern MVVM architecture using StateFlow
• ▹Development of dynamic layouts with Jetpack Compose and/or standard views, applying a Design System with tokens
• ▹Creating robust unit tests
• ▹Gradle configuration for modularization, optimized builds, and code protection (ProGuard/R8)
• ▹Log analysis and diagnostics with Logcat and Crashlytics
• ▹Remote Config implementation
• ▹Advanced versioning (Git), conventional commits, cherry-pick, squash
• ▹Secure artifact publishing and CI/CD pipeline automation

• ▹Performance optimization in large-scale Android apps
• ▹Advanced Navigation Graph configuration with deep links and complex transitions
