Responsibilities

• ▹Work on a team focused on big data ETL
• ▹Work with agile methodology in 2-week sprints
• ▹Ensure data lake quality together with the rest of the team
• ▹Run data analyses
• ▹Understand business logic, run queries on the data lake, and evaluate results
• ▹Collaborate with data science and machine learning teams

Requirements

• ▹2 years of experience in Big Data environments (data lakes, data-intensive applications)
• ▹Experience analyzing data at scale and ensuring data quality
• ▹Knowledge of Python is required
• ▹Experience working closely with business teams to understand requirements
• ▹Analytical mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• ▹Familiarity with the Scrum framework
• ▹Good English skills

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory and PySpark (Apache Spark with Python)
• ▹Knowledge of QA/testing processes, tools and techniques
• ▹Knowledge of metamorphic testing or property-based testing
