Senior QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Performing 50/50 manual and automated (Python) testing
• ▹Working within an established Python automation framework: increasing coverage, improving stability, addressing tech debt
• ▹Designing and implementing effective testing strategies and plans
• ▹Actively collaborating with developers, analysts and other stakeholders
• ▹Identifying bottlenecks and improving QA processes
• ▹Directly participating in day-to-day testing activities

Requirements

• ▹At least 3-4 years of software testing experience, including 3+ years hands-on test automation in Python
• ▹Payments/B2B testing experience
• ▹Strong manual testing skills with complex business logic
• ▹Strong experience in performance and load testing
• ▹Solid knowledge of Kibana, Postman and API testing
• ▹Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Allure reporting)
• ▹Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• ▹Good communication skills in English and Russian
