Responsibilities

• ▹Work in a team on client projects, from greenfield startup builds to mission-critical enterprise systems
• ▹Work as an embedded craftsperson helping a client's team improve their own software development practices
• ▹Mentor and coach to introduce software craftsmanship values within client organizations

Requirements

• ▹High level of English and Spanish, spoken and written
• ▹8+ years of experience with at least one of Java, C#, Python, Ruby, Clojure, Scala, Kotlin, JavaScript, or PHP, and its build system
• ▹Comfortable with OOP
• ▹Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• ▹Familiarity with multi-layer application architectures
• ▹Quality-oriented: best practices, testing (ideally TDD), pair programming, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, SOLID principles
• ▹Experience mentoring team members or leading a project or team
