SAP HCM Consultant - Payroll & Time Management (Austria & Switzerland)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and deliver high-quality SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management solutions for Austria and Switzerland
• ▹Act as Subject Matter Expert for one or multiple customer accounts
• ▹Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts on payroll and time management topics
• ▹Analyze and resolve complex payroll and time management issues
• ▹Perform advanced SAP HCM configuration: Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Type Configuration, Time Evaluation, Absence and Attendance Management, Basic Pay Configuration, Payroll Posting, Legal Reporting
• ▹Support payroll processing and ensure adherence to Austrian and Swiss statutory requirements
• ▹Lead defect analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for payroll, time, taxation, social insurance, allowances, absences, overtime, and retroactive accounting
• ▹Participate in workshops with customers to gather requirements
• ▹Support implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation projects
• ▹Mentor junior and mid-level consultants

Requirements

• ▹Extensive SAP HCM experience with strong focus on Payroll and Time Management
• ▹Proven expertise in Austrian Payroll and/or Swiss Payroll
• ▹Strong experience with Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, Time Evaluation, Personnel Administration
