Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Own high-impact analytics projects from scoping through delivery, ensuring actionable insights and clear recommendations
• ▹Act as the go-to expert for data-led decision-making, presenting findings to senior leadership
• ▹Develop, track and evolve KPIs to monitor performance
• ▹Apply statistical or advanced analytical methods to deepen understanding and guide strategy
• ▹Own data quality, governance and consistency

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of analytics or data experience with a proven ability to drive impact through data
• ▹Advanced SQL skills; fluency in Python or R is a plus
• ▹Strong experience with modern data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• ▹Demonstrated ability to own complex projects and work autonomously
• ▹Broad experience across domains (marketing analytics, product performance, financial modeling, customer insights)
• ▹Strong communication skills with a track record of influencing decisions

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in an international payments company
• ▹Experience leading or mentoring other analysts
• ▹Understanding of statistical modelling and/or experimentation design
• ▹Experience building and maintaining dashboards, self-serve tools and reporting infrastructure
