AI-First Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Apply Agile and Scrum principles in day-to-day work, planning timelines and releases
• ▹Research, evaluate and validate new product ideas aligned with company OKRs
• ▹Define clear product requirements and communicate them to the development team
• ▹Collaborate with other Product Owners and stakeholders on dependencies and priorities
• ▹Maintain regular stakeholder communication to gather input and address questions
• ▹Scope resources, prioritize the backlog and define sprint goals
• ▹Design and run A/B tests, continuously optimizing creator tools
• ▹Track industry trends and conduct competitive analysis
• ▹Implement tracking and build reports and dashboards
• ▹Track stakeholder KPIs and communicate performance insights

Requirements

• ▹5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a web development environment, hands-on with AI tools
• ▹Strong product thinking, prioritization and validation skills
• ▹User-first mindset
• ▹Ability to rapidly prototype with AI-powered tools
• ▹Data-driven decision-making, experience with analytics and experimentation
• ▹Strategic thinking, translating business objectives into product initiatives
• ▹Strong understanding of OKR frameworks

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with subscription-based products
