• ▹Own an integration end to end: design, code and the production system
• ▹Own the architecture: auth and identity flows, multi-tenancy, data movement
• ▹Be on-call for your own work early on
• ▹Work on top of external platforms you can't change
• ▹Partner closely with internal teams to agree on interfaces
• ▹Write docs and proposals that shape the team's technical direction
