Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop scalable solutions for complex enterprise environments
• ▹Participate in architecture decisions and the product's technological evolution
• ▹Lead high-impact technical initiatives
• ▹Contribute to the development of platforms based on AI and advanced automation
• ▹Help define technical standards, best practices and engineering processes
• ▹Actively participate in code development, review and deployment

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in Senior, Staff or Principal Engineer roles
• ▹Track record designing and building complex production systems
• ▹Ability to combine strategic vision with technical execution
• ▹Experience making architecture decisions and providing technical leadership
• ▹Knowledge of modern backend ecosystems, distributed infrastructure and scalable solutions
• ▹Interest in technologies related to AI, advanced automation and data platforms

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with B2B platforms
• ▹Development of data-intensive systems
• ▹Event-driven architectures
• ▹AI infrastructure and platforms
