Senior Software Engineer, Back-end (Fraud)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team, leading engineers through ambiguous, open-ended problems
• ▹Design and implement real-time fraud decisioning services and APIs in Python or Kotlin, extending the Fraud Decisioning System to markets beyond the US
• ▹Build and evolve the platform and tooling that let the company launch fraud decisioning in a new country quickly, turning market setup into a repeatable process
• ▹Integrate region-specific fraud and risk vendors and help operationalize machine learning and AI signals for real-time decisioning
• ▹Collaborate with Product, Machine Learning, Analytics and Fraud Strategy across the product development lifecycle
• ▹Support the operations and availability of the team's systems, including metrics, escalation and on-call

Requirements

• ▹Experience designing and implementing real-time services and APIs in Python or Kotlin
• ▹Based in Europe (fully remote team)
